Billy Carson told his 3rd-grade teacher that his dream was to become a famous TV star, she didn’t believe in him. She told Billy that would never happen. Billy notes that while it was discouraging and hurtful, he had decided to follow his passion.
He invested in his dream, and at the age of seven, he started his first business selling toys. Billy went door-to-door selling his toys and asking for donations which gave him the much-needed boost to grow his venture. He was only 12 years old when he set up his second shop specializing in digital car stereos, and within a year, he was earning more than his parents.

Looking back, Billy notes this loss was partly due to poor planning and financial illiteracy as he didn’t have much experience. However, it didn’t take long before Billy Carson was back on his feet, and he is now using his journey to help others achieve success.
